Our Marc de Champagne-Agrodolce is ideal for refining sauces, Dressings, marinades, fruit/summer salads and desserts. Filled with mineral water, you can conjure up a wonderfully refreshing, non-alcoholic summer cocktail (mocktail).

Marc de Champagne-Agrodolce tastes excellent with a beetroot salad. Also delicious with boiled meat, grilled goat cheese, as a marinade for salmon or prawns, for all types of fish, including oysters. Delicate over ice cream, sorbet and fruit salad. Dressing-tip:
