The very special oil - Pastolio! Gives all pasta dishes an exceptionally aromatic taste. Made from basil olive oil, lemon olive oil and rapeseed oil, it offers endless uses.
For the real finishing touch on pasta, pasta sauces, pasta salads and also spagnetti: fry some garlic, add the spaghetti cooked al dente and finish with the pastolio round off. Shortly before serving, add fresh basil over the spaghetti and season with a little salt and pepper to taste.
