Pasta made from durum wheat and 20% fresh eggs for strong tagliatelle with more flavor. Manufactured using artisanal methods to help the pasta sauce stick to the surface. Practical for thin cream sauces. Strozzapreti are cooked in a covered pot for about 12-15 minutes until al dente. Then drain and simply refine with a good extra virgin olive oil.
For an additional spiciness, season the pasta with a little olive oil with chilli, depending on your taste. Strozzapreti can also be combined very well with ricotta, rocket and cherry tomatoes, but also with Swiss chard, sun-dried small tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. Also ideal as a basis for a pasta salad with red onions, garlic, artichoke, rocket and with balsamic vinegar.
