Wonderful nutty aroma from the roasted sesame. Perfect for all Asian (wok) dishes, for pasta and chicken salad. Because of its delightful aroma, we recommend using this oil cold. Otherwise it should only be heated up to 160 °C. Very good to combine with white wine vinegar and mustard for salads or as a bread dip.
