Preparing a cold pasta salad yourself? A good idea! This delicious pasta is made with our colorful farfalle pasta and our fresh pesto al limone. Ideal for lunch, a light dinner on a hot summer day or for a picnic in the park or on the beach.

Cook Farfalle Tricolore al dente according to package instructions. 1 minute before the pasta is ready, add the peas. Halve the tomatoes and grate the zest of the lemon.
Drain the pasta with the peas and let cool. Mix Pesto al Limone with a dash of extra virgin olive oil with Tuscan herbs into the pasta.
Divide the pasta onto plates, top with olives and tomatoes and serve sprinkled with grated lemon peel.
