Handcrafted in the casa di mattoni. This apple balsamic vinegar makes connoisseurs' hearts beat faster. The acidity of the vinegar harmonizes with the sweetness of the apple and gives dishes the finishing touch. The apple juice for the apple balsamic vinegar is sourced directly from the region at the Hurni + Sohn cider factory in Ferenbalm. The quality of the fresh apple juice has always been impressive and the environment is also protected thanks to the short transport routes.

The production process takes a minimum of 6 months. For a single liter of apple balsamic vinegar, 6 – 8 kg of apples are processed. The result is a double-fermented apple balsamic vinegar in a class of its own that has no additives at all.

The possible uses are diverse; wonderful vinaigrettes and marinades can be conjured up from apple balsamic vinegar. Of course, it is also used to season vegetables, meat and fish. There are no limits to the application
