This Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP Gold comes from the famous Acetaia Leonardi vinegar house. Since it was founded in 1871, all the rules of the vinegar tradition have been followed and the Leonardi family has guarded the secret that has ensured the excellent quality of their balsamic vinegars for four generations. Where Essighaus Leonardi settled, there used to be the Vecchia Corte Rè Old Kings Court a Roman country estate that served as a stopover for the Duke on the journey to his summer residence in Modena. The drawing of the Vecchia Corte Rè on the beautiful bottle is, so to speak, a kind of ode to this history.
Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP Gold is made exclusively from pure ingredients such as Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes and is naturally aged for many years Way in barrels made of various excellent types of wood according to the so-called Travasi process.
