Beer Sauce - 250ml

Imagine a slow-cooking stew with caramelized onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and beer. Spicy, hearty and above all full of flavor. Ever tried it? Then you can roughly imagine the complex taste of this beer sauce. The sauce was developed exclusively for Oil & Vinegar and is immediately convincing. The beer aroma is subtly present and goes perfectly with its spicy, savory taste. You don't have to be a beer fan per se to still be able to enjoy this sauce. The sauce is not completely smooth, but richly filled and has a slight bite.

Thanks to its rich, full-bodied, yet accessible flavor, this sauce is ideal as an accompaniment to meat. Simply turn your grilled meat into a culinary experience, or enrich your perfectly roasted piece of pork with this delicious beer sauce. Also delicious with hamburgers, smoked duck or Peking duck. Nor was it so easy to prepare extra delicious food! In addition to being used as a ready-to-eat sauce, this sauce can also be processed hot (but not cooked).

The fresh Belgian Mongozo beer was used to make this sauce. This premium Bio beer is gluten-free, comes from fair trade and has won the world beer award for the best gluten-free pilsner three times in a row. The alcohol was boiled out when preparing the sauce, leaving only the beer flavor.
