Selected by one of the best vinegar producers from Spanish Catalonia.

The family business has been producing vinegar using traditional methods since 1908.

Only the best wines from the respective specific grape varieties are used for this. The grapes are harvested at the optimal ripeness to achieve a balanced ratio between sweetness and acidity.

Made from Chardonnay. Wines with a lot of body and a balanced acidity structure are produced from the particularly characterful grapes. This in turn creates this distinctive vinegar that prominently enhances the flavor of dishes.

Very fine as a vinaigrette with our native Arbequina extra virgin olive oil and dill-lemon mustard. Perfect on salads with fruits like pear or nectarine. Excellent with white asparagus, for homemade mayonnaise, or the popular Chimichurri sauce.
