Or on focaccia, delicious as a base on a pizza base, which can then be topped with fresh tomatoes and other ingredients to taste. But it also spices up the taste of meat or fish!
Recipe tip: Spaghetti with tomato/chilli bruschetta. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté a sliced garlic clove, 1 sliced chili pepper, 3 to 4 tablespoons of Bruschetta di Pomodorino Ciliegino, add a little oregano and season with pepper and salt to taste. Drain the pasta, add it to the sauce and stir for another 2 minutes. Serve warm and garnish with a little Parmesan cheese if desired. Tasty!
