The herbal mixture Bruschetta Originale is a melange of dried herbs, including: made from dried tomatoes, garlic and oregano. This mixture is used on toasted bread or ciabatta, but is also perfect for pasta sauces, herb butter or marinades. Bruschetta is a small Italian dish that originated in central Italy. It consists of a slice of grilled bread (salt-free) smeared with garlic and drizzled with olive oil. The small slice of bread is often topped with sliced tomatoes. Our bruschetta is a very versatile product, infinitely variable in the kitchen, it gives every dish a delicious Italian touch! And also very easy to prepare: Soak 2 tablespoons of Bruschetta Mix in 4 tablespoons of warm water and after 5 minutes add 2 tablespoons of EV olive oil. Voila, ready to eat!
Bruschetta can be used as a dip or as a tapenade on bread. Also delicious with an extra topping like mozzarella or parmesan cheese. But the herb mixture is also ideal for enriching your pasta sauce, with fish or meat, or for preparing a delicious Italian herb butter, herb mayonnaise, marinade and many more dishes. Also a wonderful variation: Spread cross-cut baguette with mixed Bruschetta Orginale, place some medium-aged or old cheese on top and then bake it in the oven or under the grill.
