This Spanish specialty comes from Catalonia and is made from the best red Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Dark red, balanced taste with a fine bouquet. Excellent for salads, sauces, for marinating meat and generally for cold dishes.
The manufacturer is based in the heart of Catalonia, in Cambrils in the south of Barcelona, where some of the best wines in Spain are produced. The vines grow in harmony with nature, the vinegar made from the grapes matures in oak barrels according to old tradition. This gives it its special, wonderfully balanced aroma. If you prefer white wine vinegar, simply try the Chardonnay wine vinegar.
