This Spanish specialty comes from Catalonia and is made from the best red Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Dark red, balanced in taste with a fine bouquet. Excellent for salads, sauces, marinating meat and generally for cold cuisine.
The manufacturer is based in the heart of Catalonia, in Cambrils in the south of Barcelona, where some of the best wines in Spain are produced. The vines grow in harmony with nature, and the vinegar made from the grapes matures in oak barrels according to ancient tradition. This gives it its special, wonderfully balanced aroma. If you prefer white wine vinegar, just try the Chardonnay wine vinegar.
