Strong, versatile herb mixture with coriander, peppers, mustard seeds, chili, onion, garlic and oregano. This gives the mixture a very complex and varied taste, which can be characterized as spicy, slightly salty and mildly spicy. Fantastic seasoning for all types of meat and fish.
Recipe suggestions:
- For marinating oiled pieces of chicken, beef or lamb (approx. 20 minutes before cooking)- Surprisingly delicious in kneaded bread dough before baking
