Chicken Curry Rub 100g
Spice composition with an Indian-Asian touch for grilling, roasting or deep-frying, especially poultry. This dry spice gives your meat a very special taste by using Madras Curry. This curry is highly aromatic and contains, among other things: Turmeric, garlic, chili, ginger and cumin. This spice mixture is also ideal for dark meat, such as beef or lamb, vegetables or seafood. Tastes wonderful with rice, seasoned with fresh coriander.
Dry rub: Rub poultry directly with the mixture before grilling or roasting.
Wet rub: mix with a little olive oil as a wet component like a marinade and brush the meat with it.
Before grilling or roasting, it is best to let the meat rest for at least 1 hour so that the spices can absorb properly, if necessary vacuum seal it.
