Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Italy comes from the Italian Puglia (the "heel" of the so-called "Italian boot") and is made from 100% Coratina olives.

Coratina EVOO has a fruity taste with herbal notes and a hint of artichoke. The olives are harvested from November to January and cold-pressed after just a few hours to preserve optimal flavor and achieve very low acidity. The green gold, as the Italians call it, goes well with all dishes and is best used cold at the very end for a perfect taste development.

Delicious with salads, vegetables, soups, red meat and fish dishes. Due to its strong taste, it is ideal for our Bruschetta herb mixtures and dips.

Dressing-Tipp
Goes very well with Balsamico di Modena IGP, blueberry agrodolce, cherry-almond and elderflower-lime agrodolce, in a ratio of 1/3 Agrodolce, 2/3 olive oil.
