Classic chutney based on carrots, onions, kohlrabi, cauliflower, apples and dates. This beer chutney gets its name from an added real British beer (1%). This beer chutney has a full flavor with a subtle beer note and a balanced sweet and sour aroma.
Chutneys are an originally Indian delicacy based on slow-cooked vegetables and fruits, flavored by a mixture of herbs and spices. Chutneys are thicker and coarser than sauces, although they are used similarly. Such is the case with this chutney, filled with generous pieces of cooked vegetables and enriched with a rich blend of herbs, spices and seasonings.
