Perfect herb mixture for frying and grilling fish. The interaction of onion, dill, fennel, parsley and lime peel makes seasoning very easy. The nori flakes (seaweed/seaweed) it contains give the mixture a slightly salty touch that is reminiscent of the sea.Dry rub: Rub fish directly with the mixture before grilling or frying.
Wet rub: mix with a little olive oil, as a wet component like a marinade, and brush fish with it, or sprinkle the fish with a little olive oil and then sprinkle with rub.
Before grilling or frying, it is best to let the fish rest for at least 1 hour so that the spices can absorb nicely.
