This spice blend is perfect for seasoning fish! It has a spicy-fresh taste and contains, among other things, lemon, garlic, ginger, and dill.

You can use it in two ways: as a "Dry Rub" or as a "Wet Rub". "To rub" means "to rub" in English. For a "Dry Rub", you rub the fish directly with the dry mixture. For a "Wet Rub", you let the spice mixture steep in olive oil for about an hour and then apply it to the fish. This way, your dish gets a particularly intense aroma!
