Perfect blend of herbs for frying and grilling fish. The interplay of onion, dill, fennel, parsley and lime zest makes seasoning really easy. The included nori flakes (seaweed/seaweed) give the mixture a slightly salty touch reminiscent of the sea.Dry rub: rub the mixture directly into the fish before grilling or roasting.

Wet rub: mix with a little olive oil, as a wet component like a marinade, and brush the fish with it, or sprinkle the fish with a little olive oil and then sprinkle with rub.

Before grilling or roasting, it is best to let the fish rest for at least 1 hour so that the spices can soak in nicely.
