It is best to wear gloves when using ghost chili sauce. Because the ghost pepper is one of the hottest in the world. Always use just a few drops of it in your dishes. Use it to make your own ghost chili salsa, devilishly hot ghost tagliatelle or real hellfire chicken wings. But please be sure to dose with a sense of proportion!
