It is best to wear gloves when using the Ghost Chili Sauce. Because the ghost pepper is one of the hottest in the world. Always use just a few drops in your dishes. Use it to make your own Ghost Chili Salsa, devilish Spicy e Ghost Tagliatelle or real Hellfire Chicken Wings. Please be sure to use a sense of proportion! Very tasty on a fresh pizza, but only for extreme chilli fans, or in a homemade hellish sauce or marinade.
