Pomegranate Agrodolce

The wonderful taste of pomegranate in combination with white wine vinegar gives this product a special character. Delicious with grilled meat or as a marinade for fresh fish, in salads together with various types of olive oil, especially lamb's lettuce. This also makes sweet things like fruit or ice cream something very special. The pomegranate is a magnificent red fruit that comes from the Middle East and was cultivated in Persia 2000 years ago. The pomegranate has been a symbol of health since early history because it actually provides many minerals and trace elements. In addition, the special fruit is of course simply delicious with its fresh and sweet taste, which gives this pomegranate agrodolce based on white wine vinegar its unusual note.

Pomegranate agrodolce is excellent in fruit salads and is almost irresistible when mixed with ice cream and whipped cream. If you love sweets, bring a small cup of pomegranate agrodolce to the boil with a tablespoon of sugar, let it thicken slightly and pour over cheesecakes or pancakes. A pleasure!
