An all-rounder for any dish that can tolerate a bit of fire. They can be found in the Orient from mild to extreme Spicy.

The spicy spice mixture Harissa gives a flavor kick to tomato soups, stews and oriental rice dishes. Harissa can be quickly and easily mixed into a ready-to-eat paste. Simply pour on some hot water, cool briefly and refine with olive oil. Mix your own harissa paste at home.

Harissa is characterized by its balanced ratio of sweet-tasting pepper flakes in combination with fiery Spicychilli flakes. The coriander seeds give the whole thing a slightly fresh note and round off the spice.

Mix oven pumpkin with harissa paste and puree. A wonderful spread for bread or pita in winter!
