Hummus dip - 90 g

Forget store-bought hummus! With this spice mixture you can quickly and easily conjure up the popular oriental-Mediterranean chickpea dip. Very tasty and healthy, ideal for modern cuisine, of course at Oil & Vinegar!

You should simply have a good extra virgin olive oil and a can of chickpeas on hand.

Mash 1 can of drained chickpeas (200g) into a very fine paste. Mix with 7.5g (2 tbsp) hummus dip mixture, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 3 tbsp water to form a smooth cream or puree again. Season with a little lemon juice.
