Mango Agrodolce is made from a good 35% mango pulp. The unmistakable fruity note of this fresh vinegar with mango pulp tastes perfect with smoked chicken or salmon. Combined with a neutral olive oil, it is delicious as a dressing.
Due to its bright yellow color, vinegar made from mango pulp not only has a fruity, cheerful appearance on the table, but also provides a sweet surprise for your palate. Due to the high proportion of mango pulp, the fruity taste of the mango stands out clearly.
Mango is a fruit that combines well with various types of meat and fish. Really recommended with smoked chicken and salmon! Or use the mango pulp vinegar with a pasta salad or - mixed with neutral olive oil - as a dressing in a salad, e.g. with julienned carrots or with a small mixed salad. A fresh fruit salad also blossoms with a little dash of vinegar from the mango pulp. Mango also tastes good when combined with mozzarella cheese, cashews and finely chopped chilies.
