Mango & Chili Sauce 220 ml

This mild, fruity, fresh sauce is made from mango, red chili peppers and garlic. This combination makes the sauce wonderfully fruity-sweet, summery and yet spicy without being overly spicy. The mango provides the exotic accent. This mango & chili sauce has a wonderful aroma. This sauce requires little and can be combined with an infinite number of dishes. Deliciously fruity as a dip for finger food, for appetizers with chicken and calamari and for spring rolls. Serve the sauce with pasta, fried chicken with fresh mango and mung bean sprouts, or use it to refine a fish sauce. Also perfect for pork fillet in an oriental sweet and spicy version with wok vegetables and rice. And of course perfect for the grilling season!
