Crispy mini sticks made from bread dough based on wholemeal flour from the Italian region of Piedmont. Perfect to combine with flavorful dips or tapenades! Mini Grissini Integrale were inspired by the crispy and long bread dough sticks from Piedmont, a world-famous Italian bread specialty - but then modified into a smaller shape. These mini breadsticks become handy dip sticks that are easy to combine with a variety of tapenades or dips. Mini Grissini Integrale are made according to an original Italian recipe from wholemeal and wheat flour, palm oil, water, yeast and a pinch of salt.

Grissini come from the Italian region of Piedmont. Originally, the bread sticks were eaten wrapped in wafer-thin slices of Parma ham, primarily as a small snack. Since all the air disappears from the dough during intensive kneading, the breadsticks become deliciously crispy. In Piedmont they are now served with every dish, and in the rest of Italy you will also regularly find breadsticks on the table wherever you go out to eat.

Mini breadsticks integral taste delicious with various tapenades and dips, which are available at Oil & Vinegar, or as a snack instead of chips. The wholemeal breadsticks are also delicious when spread with pesto or allioli. After opening they will last for another 2 weeks. Their delicious crunch is retained when stored in a sealable bag at room temperature.
