Miscuglio Italiano 80 g

This dry herb mixture - without salt! - has an Italian character thanks to natural ingredients such as red pepper, oregano, garlic, basil, onion and thyme. Delicious with bread, pasta, pizza, fish and meat or as a dip for raw vegetables. The Italian word miscuglio, which is pronounced like miskulio, literally means mixture and is originally a spaghetti mix. However, the Oil & Vinegar Miscuglio Italiano is much more than that. This delicious aromatic herbal mixture, completely without salt, can be used in a variety of ways. All you need to do is mix the miscuglio herbs 1:1 with warm water, add a little extra virgin olive oil to taste and the mixture is ready.

Spread Italian ciabatta or other toasted bread with soaked miscuglio and, if desired, let it gratinate under the broiler for a few minutes with grated cheese or mozzarella. Or mix miscuglio with good butter for a delicious Italian herb butter that tastes wonderful not only on bread, but also melted over meat or fish. Do you pay attention to your figure? Then simply mix the Italian herb mixture with quark or cottage cheese: a delicious dipping sauce for raw vegetables!

Sprinkle dry Miscuglio Italiano over pasta sauce, lasagne or casseroles. Mix them into your ground meat for an Italian-seasoned meatball, or top your omelet with a spoonful of dry Miscuglio Italiano. The mixture also ensures an excellent aroma in the oven: simply steam fish, Italian herbs, tomatoes, leeks and a slice of lemon. Tip: Prepare a marinade from olive oil and miscuglio herbs and let the olives marinate in it for some time. Simply heavenly! And of course you can also use this herbal oil for your salad or to fry meat afterwards.
