Strong, beautifully fruity olive oil from Puglia, Italy. When making this olive oil, healthy olives are pressed together with freshly harvested garlic and chili peppers. This is how it gets its great taste! Olive varieties: 60% Coratina olives, 40% Ogliarola olives.
