During pressing, fresh oranges are added and pressed, which gives the oil its special taste. The olive oil is 100% natural and contains no other additives. First quality - obtained directly from olives exclusively using mechanical processes.

Orange Olive Oil Extra Vierge is characterized by a fruity, intense orange flavor and scent. It can be used both cold and warm (up to 180°) and tastes fantastic with salads, white meat (chicken), poultry, duck and salmon. Due to its fruity taste, this olive oil is also suitable for baking cakes and pastries. It harmonizes perfectly with Balsamico di Modena IGP. Dressing Tip: 1/3 Balsamico di Modena IGP - 2/3 orange olive oil.

The olives are picked by hand between October and December and then processed into olive oil within a few hours using the "cold press method". This traditional way of pressing olives produces, as they say in Italy, the green gold and thus an olive oil of high quality with a low acidity (0.1 - 0.35%).
