Black Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from the western area of Liguria, Italy and is made from Leccino, Frantoio, Peranzana and Taggiasca olives. The oil is distinguished by the black truffle smell and taste, which allows you to transform the simplest dishes into something special.
Can only be used cold to prepare dishes and tastes wonderful in dishes with eggs, salads, risotto and roasted potatoes. The oil can be combined well with sherry vinegar. A dressing tip: 1/3 sherry vinegar - 2/3 olive oil with black truffle.
The olives are harvested between October and January and then processed within a few hours using the cold pressing method. By pressing the olives in this traditional way, the taste is optimally preserved and the result is an olive oil of high quality and a low acidity (<0.3% - 0.5%).
