Lemon extra virgin olive oil comes from Puglia, Italy and is made from 60% Coratina and 40% Ogliarola olives and fresh lemons. The combination of mild olive oil and fresh lemons ensures a delicate, fresh and fruity taste and smell. Can be used both cold and warm (up to 180°) and tastes great with salads, carpaccio, soup, seafood, grilled fish and chicken. Due to its fruity taste, this olive oil is also suitable for baking cakes and pastries. It harmonizes perfectly with Balsamico di Modena IGP. Dressing tip: 1/3 Balsamico di Modena IGP -2/3 lemon olive oil.
The olives are picked by hand between October and December and then processed into olive oil within a few hours using the "cold press method". This traditional way of pressing olives produces, as they say in Italy, the “green gold” and thus an olive oil of high quality with a low acidity (0.1 - 0.35%).
During the pressing process, fresh lemons are added and pressed, which gives the oil its special taste. The olive oil is 100% natural and contains no other additives.
