Olive & Feta Mix 290 g

Mix (pitted) of green Halkidiki olives from the north, black Kalamata olives from southern Greece (Peloponnese), and cubes of authentic mild feta (Greek sheep's cheese). Aromatically marinated in sunflower oil with oregano, garlic, and paprika from Florina, a region famous for its vegetables in northwestern Greece. A simply perfect, distinctly flavorful combination that gives salads and dishes a truly Greek-Mediterranean flair. The climate, soil, and landscape of Greece provide the ideal conditions for these delicious olives with their particularly fine aroma. In spring and early summer, many wild herbs grow throughout Greece, especially in the Peloponnese. The air is then filled with the scent of oregano, rosemary, thyme, fennel, and mint. Our olives are finely seasoned with these especially aromatic Greek herbs like oregano, basil (and also garlic).

Absolutely indispensable in a Greek salad! Ideal for typical Greek mezze (small appetizers) with various drinks. The marinade can be used as a salad dressing (e.g., Greek salad).
