Olive & Feta Mix 290g

Mix (pitted) of green Halkidiki olives from the north, black Kalamata olives from the south of Greece (Peloponnese) and cubes of real mild feta (Greek sheep's cheese). Flavored in sunflower oil with oregano, garlic and paprika from Florina, an area in north-west Greece famous for its vegetables. A simply perfect, extremely tasty combination that gives salads and dishes a real Greek-Mediterranean flair. The climate, the soil and the landscape of Greece are the optimal conditions for these delicious olives with their particularly fine aroma. In spring and early summer in Greece, and especially in the Peloponnese, many wild herbs grow everywhere. The air is then filled with the scent of oregano, rosemary, thyme, fennel and mint. Our olives are finely seasoned with these particularly aromatic Greek herbs such as oregano, basil (and also garlic).

Absolutely indispensable in a Greek salad! Ideal for typical Greek mezze (small appetizers) with various drinks. The marinade can be used for a salad Dressing (e.g. Greek salad).
