Green olive tapenade made by a family company based in the mountains of Calabria, the so-called boot of Italy.

Only the highest quality products from the region are used for production. The company grows its own vegetables and spices and processes them with care to ensure the best quality.
Only when the olives have reached perfect ripeness under the Calabrian sun are they picked. Then, together with sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, anchovies and garlic, a highly aromatic product is created.

Excellent on crispy ciabatta as a quick bruschetta variant, on pasta or on white fish from the oven for a typical Mediterranean aroma. Brilliant Dressing combination together with basil, olive oil and our tomato pulp agrodolce. Best southern Italian treat!
