Green olive tapenade, made by a family business based in the mountains of Calabria, the so-called boot of Italy.

Only the highest quality products from the region are used for production. The company grows the vegetables and spices itself and processes them carefully to guarantee the best quality.
Only when the olives have reached perfect ripeness under the Calabrian sun are they picked. Then, together with sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, anchovies and garlic, a highly aromatic product is created.
