This exceptional organic extra virgin olive oil combines the freshness of the latest olive harvest from Sicily with the natural essential oil of sun-ripened Sicilian lemons. Made from selected indigenous olive varieties (Nocellara, Biancolilla, Cerasuola, and Calamignara), the olives are harvested early and gently cold-pressed within just 12 hours. This preserves the delicate aromas as well as the valuable polyphenols and natural vitamin E optimally.

On the nose, fresh notes of lemon peel, lime, and green olives unfold. On the palate, the oil is harmonious and balanced, with a pleasant bitterness and a subtle spiciness – typical characteristics of a high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
