Particularly delicate in taste, fantastically versatile as a pesto with pasta, in a sauce with poultry, fish or white meat. Also delicious as a bruschetta spread or antipasti. Fruity, aromatic San Marzano tomatoes are used for this product. Genuine Sicilian ricotta made from cow's and goat's milk makes it wonderfully creamy and light, and the taste is perfectly rounded off with fine walnuts. Simply stir a tablespoon of this into a salad
