This product uses fruity-aromatic San Marzano tomatoes. Genuine Sicilian ricotta made from cow’s and goat’s milk makes it wonderfully creamy and light, perfectly rounded in flavor with fine walnuts. Simply stir a tablespoon into a salad dressing – heavenly!
