Making fresh pizza yourself is child's play with this Italian pizza flour. This type of flour, made from soft wheat flour, creates a strong dough. This is how you bake an airy and delicious pizza base. If you want to prepare a fresh, homemade, delicious pizza at home, then it is now very easy. With this Farina per Pizza you bring traditional Italy home. This fresh pizza flour contains strong wheat proteins (gluten). This allows the flour to absorb a lot of water, which ensures that the dough is stronger and can therefore rise longer. The result is a wonderfully airy and delicious pizza base that can be topped with the most delicious ingredients.

How to use Farina in pizza? Prepare the pizza dough with the flour, a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of sugar, 7 g of dry yeast and 250 to 300 ml of lukewarm water. Then let the pizza dough rest under a damp tea towel for an hour and a half. It can then be rolled out into the shape you want. Place the pizza base on a baking tray brushed with olive oil and you're ready to top it. Start with the tomato sauce, add fresh ingredients and spices and herbs according to your own taste and sprinkle the whole thing with (mozzarella) cheese. Then bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes to half an hour.
