Preparation: Steam the contents of the bag together with a tablespoon of olive oil or butter in a pot until translucent. Deglaze with red or white wine as desired. Add 650-750ml hot water and cook, stirring, for 15-17 minutes. Before serving, stir in some butter, parmesan and salt.
