This black diamond has a full-bodied and very distinctive truffle flavor that gives a luxurious touch to this risotto. In combination with the Arborio rice, which absorbs a lot of moisture due to its special shape and yet remains nice and firm when cooking, you can conjure up a dish on the table in no time with this ready-made risotto mix Tartufo.
To prepare it, melt a small lump of butter in a saucepan and add the risotto Tartufo. Then stir-fry the rice on a low flame for two minutes. Add a glass of white wine and stir the mixture until the wine has evaporated. Then take 900 ml of broth or hot water and add this to the risotto. Cook on low flame for 15 to 18 minutes. Serve the risotto with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and add extra virgin olive oil to taste.
