This risotto mix consists of Italian Carnaroli rice, saffron and various spices. Carnaroli rice is a more exclusive variety than Arborio rice: it is characterized by its larger grains. The result is a wonderful, creamy risotto!
Preparing the risotto is very easy: add water, refine with a little olive oil and Parmesan cheese and the Italian risotto is ready!
