Tapenade Dried Tomatoes 180 g

This tapenade is made in a family business in the mountains of Calabria. Only high-quality ingredients from the region are used. The vegetables and herbs used to make the tapenade are grown, cared for and harvested by the family themselves.

When the tomatoes have had enough Italian sun, they are harvested, sliced ​​and dried in the sun. After that, they have to dry for even longer in a special oven. To obtain this delicious tapenade, the dried tomatoes are mixed with sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, almonds and pistachios.

TIP: If you want to make the tapenade last longer: Pour a layer of neutral extra virgin olive oil over the tapenade until the spread is completely covered.
