Aromatic spice composition with a Texan touch for grilling, roasting or deep-frying. This dry spice gives your grilled food a very special spicy, sweet taste. The typical mix of the American southern states contains, among other things: Onion, coriander, garlic, chili, brown sugar and black pepper. A real taste experience with pork and poultry too. Dry rub: Rub meat/steak vigorously and evenly with the mixture before grilling or roasting. It forms a delicious crust on the meat.
Wet rub: mix with a little olive oil, as a wet component like a marinade, and brush the meat with it.
Before grilling or roasting, it is best to let the meat rest for at least 1 hour so that the spices can absorb properly, if necessary vacuum seal it.
